Founded in 2012, our small family business works in close partnership with expert professional advisors to design and build contemporary homes that understand and meet the unique needs of coastal living. Several of our properties have been shortlisted in the LABC’s annual Building Excellence Awards and in 2023 we were incredibly proud to see two of our 5-bedroom homes, Surfs Reach and Shore Drift, win in the Best Small New Housing Development category for the South East and scoop Highly Commended at the nationals.

West Wittering
Known for its sandy beaches and relaxed feel, the Witterings are pretty special. Leeward of the Isle of Wight and sheltered by the South Downs, the area enjoys a micro-climate of early morning sun, soft afternoon shade and evening warmth from the sunset.

Past Projects
To date, we have developed and sold six new build properties in Marine Drive and Howard Avenue. These contemporary builds were designed to make the most of their great locations and take advantage of the uniqueness of each site, such as partial sea views and South-facing gardens. Cirrus, Azul and Vento were all shortlisted in LABC’s 2023 Awards for Building Excellence in the Delivery of Outstanding Construction category, and Surfs Reach and Shore Drift (our fifth and sixth builds) not only scooped a regional win for Best Small New Housing Development category, but came Highly Commended nationally. The sale of our first full interior redesign set in the prestigious Wells Farm Estate completed in April, with two further new builds — Oak Lodge and Elms Cottage — now available to view through our agency partners.
