FOUNDER

Les founded LH Advisory in 2012 to provide advisory services around the operational turnaround of companies to financial investors. A seasoned Executive and Non-executive with 25 years in CEO roles, Les has held Chairman, NED and board positions across a wide range of industry sectors. Having always had a personal interest in architecture, he acted as board observer for leading retirement community developer McCarthy & Stone and Irish building products company Mannock before transitioning the business’ focus entirely to property development. Over the last eight years he has brought his corporate experience and passion for property to lead the company and built a network of professional partners with specific expertise around developing in the West Wittering area.

COMPANY SECRETARY

Pam is a material shareholder in the company and provides operational support and advice in the day-to-day running of the business. A former Teacher and Computer Analyst, as Company Secretary she is a valuable sounding board for LH Advisory.

MARKETING MANAGER

Gemma brought her digital marketing experience to the company in 2020 and now leads LH Advisory’s online communications on a part-time basis, as well as feeding into the company’s brand and design ideas. Outside of her role in the business, Advisory, Gemma is a freelance Writer and Voiceover Artist for the advertising and creative industries.

OFFICE MANAGER

Sophie joined the company in 2020. An Advertising Director by profession working in the FMCG sector across a number of leading household brands, whilst her involvement is currently limited it is hoped that over time she will take over much of the day-to-day operational aspects of the business.
