LH Advisory develops individually designed contemporary four and five bedroom detached houses in West Wittering, where we have had a home for over 25 years. We love the area with its coastal culture, places of historical and maritime interest, beautiful sandy beaches and easy access to London.

Our small family business has established strong relationships with professional partners with a depth of experience in the design and build of high-quality contemporary properties that reflect their coastal environment. Building a maximum of two new homes a year, we focus on the area we know and love: West Wittering, West Sussex. Alongside our independent projects, we also work with property/land owners who are interested in developing new homes on their own sites.

Designed to both complement and enhance their coastal setting, our homes have a distinct contemporary feel that remains sympathetic to the local area. Considering modern lifestyles, open plan kitchen/entertaining spaces, large bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, bifold doors to offer ‘inside-out’ living and spacious balconies are all architectural features common to our properties.

All our new homes meet the ever-increasing build, insulation and energy efficiency standards required by Building Control and our 10-year guarantee providers, who regularly visit the site during construction to ensure full build compliance to their exacting standards. Two of our builds: Surfs Reach and Shore Drift, not only won Best Small New Housing Development for the South East in the 2023 LABC Building Excellence Awards but were named Highly Commended nationally at the finals.

Designed for those who love coastal living and want great access to the beach, our homes are built with flexibility in mind. Working equally well as primary residences or holiday homes, LH Advisory property designs accommodate the needs of multiple generations, as seaside homes so often become a family meeting point and adaptations for both retirement and welcoming new generations must be considered.

Established in 2012 to provide operational advisory services to companies, financial business owners and funds, LH Advisory launched its property development arm the following year, purchasing our first site in late 2013. Over time, the business has fully transitioned to focus on developing property that reflects our founder’s passion for contemporary architecture and love of the unique coastal setting of West Wittering.
